  1. I grew up in a very primitive, wild, and challenging environment. Every day, people bullied me because of my looks. I had only a few friends, and I treated them poorly because I was unhappy. I directed my aggression and negative emotions toward them, losi

  2. Im at 288 rn im 18 and in 12 grade in high school i want to lose the weight so i look and feel better but i need discipline motivation is just a spark i have that already but theres only so much motivation can help

  3. I might be late but congratulations we all got to ask our self do we like loosing weight because we don’t like the idea of being something someone else can talk about or something another person don’t like or do we like the idea of actually being healthy and feeling better about our self. self love comes in many different forms but we the wrong concept we will never make it work without that understanding digging deeper into the meaning and the reason will go along way 💯🎉

  4. Dude, I’m going through the same thing I’ve been gaining weight every year I went up to 299 pounds. I started my journey. I am just in the beginning, but just by cutting sugar and carbs in three weeks. I lost 8 pounds and now I want to do more I would like to lose at least 80 to 100 pounds.

  5. I started my body transformation journey on Jan 2 of this year. It was fine until a few days later where my discipline fell out. I maintained somewhat better eating habits. It was a roller coaster, but it's the 4th week now, I see a very, very slight difference. I gotta keep going..To everyone reading this comment, don't focus on the result, focus on the process that leads to the result. I was around 182, 5'10 last time I measured my weight [2 weeks ago]

  6. So i hit 284 at 6 2 after being extremely depresso and i decided to get my goals after my gf of 5 years left me because ahe aaid she wanted more experiences.i wanted to be the best version of me not for her but for me so now im 248 working out 5 days a week and my end goal is 220 Ilbs because thats what my doctor said my ideal weight should be

  7. I’m was at 268 now I’m at 237. The crazy part is that it was all Mental for me. I’m bipolar 1 so sometimes I’m so disciplined that I went all the way down to 185. But when the lows start to happen it feels like I have a backpack full of rocks. Everything feels heavy. My body aches. 0 motivation. No energy. Now over these years I know what to expect and what’s going on. I plan to get down to 185 again. But as long as my mental health is fine. I’m ok with being a (little) overweight. Props to you for hitting your goal G.👍🏽💪🏽

  8. I don’t have a problem with losing weight and all but then the motivation is the problem I used to be overly motived back in 2018 but now I still jog and stil do everything but I gain weight day by day so it’s like every day keeping up I hate this. Can someone recommend me a diet coz I think in this journey the hardest part is what u eat more than how u work
