Stanford University Neuroscientist Dr Andrew D. Huberman joins Andrew Schulz and Flagrant to reveal the 5 things everyone should do to as part of his billion dollar morning routine to improve their overall health and lifestyle.
Crying Swedish tears 😅 living in no sunlight, working long hours in a stressful career
whats the name of those Nike shoes?
Clearly you don’t live in Canada! Through 6 months of winter we get an amazing amount of sunshine…but it’s-30 temperatures! However…I still walk because it’s so fresh and refreshing. I feel amazing when I’m finished. Truly, People should learn to embrace winter!
This guy is an absolute beast at what he does.
Who doesn't know this? I've been doing this for 60 years. Figured it out as I matured.
The whole ejaculation thing. What if you've had a TURP?
I'm going blind
Man you look so bored Andrew
I enjoyed the short clip with Huberman. I will say the gentleman that was closest to him, definitely got bored. At one point, his body language said it all, he wasn’t going to do any of that stuff, he wasn’t interested. If you guys aren’t doing it already, you should all get together and do what he recommends for a finite time, 30 day, 60 days whatever and Vlog your experience, See who is more mentally tough than the other…
I can't find on website where i can download the routine he talks about, can anyone help with this please?
Great guest, shitty podcast.
None of these guys paid any attention to any of this.
Great content as usual, But Dr. Huberman, you only looked towards your left, ignoring the men to your right.
Thank You 🙏💎

I'm surprised he kept talking. Look at the facial expressions and body language of Shultz and the Indian dude. They have zero respect for this man trying to help others.
