Dexa scan was the single most important health decision ive made, seeing those numbers written down on that piece of paper gave me insight onto how unfit I actually was, it prompted me to do more resistance training whilst doing 30-60 mins of low intensity cardio every day !

Don’t look up things on google… it gave me health anxiety to where I’m going to the therapist and taking meds for… so google is not your doctor, always make a doctor appointment!!
You absolutely DO NOT need 1.5-2g of protein per pound of bodyweight. 1g+ is plenty.

Protein shake is a super processing food isn’t? Is it good for longterm?
I’m 40 now. Started doing 500 extra steps every day when I was 18. Currently at 4,015,000 steps.
Protect your health
Learn new things
Get enough sleep
Exercise daily
Take enough vit d3
Take omega 3
Take vit B12
Stay hydrated
Manage stress-meditate
Limit alcohol
Limit or eliminate meat
Eat leafy greens daily
Eat veggies daily
Avoid toxins
Give up sugar
Maintain healthy weight
No smoking
Take saunas
Belly breathing
Cur cumin/ginger
lol if you are muslim you don't even to meditate or do yoga. 5 times prayer is more than enough to release stress knowing that the first thing you do when you wake up is pray
Did you know that the body has a maximal absorption capacity interns of proteins? This is approximately 0.3-0.4g/kg of body weight per eating occasion. It is therefore better to split your protein intake during the day, with snacks.
