  1. Please stop sharing dangerous information. 700 calories is too low for long term and can lead to a lot of health issues and disordered eating. You should really call out disclaimers in your videos. Also please stop promoting quick weight loss plans 4 kgs in 7 days etc. It is dangerous and never sustainable.

  2. Looks good but these are around 1300-1400 calories total. And losing 4kg in a week is impossible u have be in 30,500 calories deficit, even my total calories 🤣
    _ I am 67kg with 5.10Ft, going to gym everyday and i maintain around 15500 calories in a week to maintain this weight, from where 30k cal will come 🤣

  3. This is actually dangerous and way too low in calories.Even a toddler needs more than 700 calories, this is nowhere near enough for a grown adult. This is why unqualified people should never give advice- I work closely with an MS, RD so I know. Everyone please beware and work with someone who is qualified. You can certainly create a caloric deficit without going down to 700 which can be detrimental to your health. Very irresponsible of the creator of this video.

  4. Dangerous and impractical diet.
    Ppl stop following this stupid diet.
    Just eat normal ,healthy, home cooked food and daily 30 min walk. You will start noticing great diffence in just one month. Continue this for six months and you will look and feel amazing.
