  2. How to be disease free-
    1. Control eating .
    Eg. Don't eat any bad for health like sugar ,junk food ,or anything outsider food for atleast 6 months straight if disease is high right now.
    Eating control means , you should not eat for 16 hours daily , You can eat lunch and dinner only .
    And eat normally as before you used to .
    Stay away 16 hours straight from food daily , and eat two meals during 8 hours left.
    Once you can control eating ,
    Or consuming foods ,you can control your health ….
    Because what we consume directly connected to body organs …

  4. 1 Eating a day with variety of fruits
    2 sufficient water or warm water
    3 once a day practice yoga and stretches
    4 breathing inhale and exhale
    5 ten minutes take a break and observe in nature and relax mind
    6 Make a creative person
    7 do selfless voluntary activity amd help poor and needy people

    3. Do yoga regularly.
    4. Take a break atleast for 10 minutes just observe your surroundings and try to be in present.
