  1. a year age me doing this workout i was out of breath and could barely do a set without taking a break for 15 seconds .. now i did this whole exercise no breaks and wasn’t tired of out of my breath and also .. i have my flat stomach 🤍.

    (22 feb 2024) DAY 1: the last one i could not rlly do it was so hard and the jumping one took alot of energy!
    (Feb 23) DAY 2: it was easier! The last excersize still is hard but if i keep this up i know i will get better!
    (25 fwb) DAY 3: I didn't do it yesterday bc it wad a rest day. I completed it again and am not so out of breath

  3. I go to the gym but some days it is hard to get there so I am looking for something to do at home on those days without a lot of equipment due to space. This looks easy but I will use the ball for my crunches.

  7. I started this workout on Friday so I’m gonna start keeping track from yesterday’s!

    2/23 Day one: ✅ only did it at night because I was in a rush in the morning but I felt the burn.
    2/24 Day two: ✅ I still feel the burn but over the past three days, I lost two-three pounds!
    2/25 Day three: ✅ I am doing other workouts with this so I do see progress!
