    When i did this exercise for the first time i got so tired for some days but now i love to do this everyday

  5. I think this is great for belly fat, cellulite toning and light cardio as a warm up or right before the cool down. If working out is new or hard this is perfect. And if your hint workout person adding this just snatches you up faster.
