  1. I have had a serious struggle losing weight over the last 12 years…but today I had an AH HA moment. I can relate that moment to this. It’s like building a wardrobe. You identify what you look good in and what you are drawn to and you can build a nice wardrobe from there. So you end the mindless shopping for random things you never wear. Well today I was driving and I told my husband since I quit my job (Aug 31) I feel so much better. It’s taken me a whole week to come down from the stress and my eating habits have completely changed. I eat my meals slowly and actually care about what and how much I am eating. So for me identifying the stress and changing it (quitting the stressful job) so I can feel good and not be inclined to bad eating habits has made a world of difference. The stress on this job was not average stress we may feel it was lots of stress constantly and previous to that there were other things. So yes, I can be a stress over eater and yes I can overcome that bad habit by creating the life I want for myself and doing things that make me happy ❤

  2. I don't like to eat in front of other people at all. I also dont like telling ppl if I am dieting because I dont want their input & questions, or their how is it going, jave you lost weight, should you be eating THAT on ww

  3. Thank you. I’ve been on the fence to try WW. And now I think I can. I’ve been doing the Keto mentality not loosing weight on it. At first I did and then after 10 pounds. Nothing. And I just kept eating what ever buttery things and bacon. Thinking this is keto. Fat helps you loose fat. Wrong! I just had a cholesterol check and I’m over. Omg! Wake up call! For those who think you can eat all the meat and butter. I’m pack paddling now. Anyways, glad I found someone who is doing WW. ❤

  4. It’s wild to think that ppl will make your life hell because you’re fat but then when you try to loose the weight they criticize you… lol. On top that, they use health as their justification… stop the cap it’s not about health it’s simply about them feeling better at your expense… smh..

    Keep doing your thing ppl are trash..

  9. I lost 85 lbs in 2 months. I got rid of my significant other and that's how I lost all that weight, in addition to eating only twice a week and drinking red bull everyday. The foods I ate were leftovers from garbage cans, small portions. It was called the living on the sidewalk diet. I kept the weight off for 9 years. However now in present year 2023, I'm fat again. 😢.
