I really love your mentality and video style. But PLEASE dear God, wash the cutting board and your hands between touching raw proteins and produce. Maybe get those thin color coded cutting boards. You can even fold them to ensure everything goes into the pot/pan.

That knife used on pan, the same can be said about metal spoon on pan.
That unhealthy seasoning mix used on almost everything is also hard to watch (it contains preservatives, stabilizers and similar unhealthy stuff I don't want to eat).

I have a Steamer and steam my eggs, very easy to peel them steam them 12-20 minutes depends how hard you want the yolk and then drop them in an ice bath
