Is there a rotation we should do with any other exercise from your video set.
2 weeks these 5 then another exercise for 2 weeks.

Are these exercises good for a person having (c section) 3 yrs ago and then one D&C due to which tumy becomes very saggy and to much fat around that area. So will these simple moves effects on that stubborn fat?
