Well lets see, as a guy who has a PHD in Nutrition, this is not it. While some of the studies he showed is accurate, it's outdated. First off, water (hot or cold) doesn't burn fat for shit. Let's get that BS out of the way. No, water does not "flush out toxins." Just drink water when your body tell you to. Majority should come in from your food intake. All the other foods he showed is low in terms of calories and the other micro nutrients he showed is just clickbait BS. People, don't worry about micro nutrients, look at macros. You wanna burn fat, eat in a deficit. You wanna gain weight, eat in a surplus. You wanna stay at the same body weight, eat at maintenance. If you are a person who just gets through life with no exercise, eat 60 grams of protein a day. If you workout intense, take your bodyweight in kgs and multiply it by 2.2, that's your protein intake. That's it. If you wanna really get into it, get a food weighing scale, and download myfitnesspal or some other app and track your calories. It gets easier overtime and trust me, Rocket science is way tougher. God, why do people throw random BS out there, it's honestly frustrating.
