    And as a mother of baby and house ka sab kuch sambhalte hue gym Jana and alag alag tarike k khana banake diet plan follow nahi kr rhi thi ….

    But maina ghar main hi intermittent fasting follow Kiya ghar main kisiko pata hi nahi chala and maina 1 month main 12 kam kr liya hai ….and abhi
    Meri ideal weight 48 kgs achive karna hai….

  4. I do intermittent fasting for 16:8. I start eating window at 9am and compelete it till 5pm so is it fine because alot of people suggest to not to skip breakfast and start eating window till 1pm

    am doing diet with my own its been a Month now, My meal timing is 10am brkfst and 6pm last meal. am trying to eat 1-2pm somthing but am not feeling hungry.. diet also my own.. i can continue this or i have go for dietitan
