Thank you soo much for trying to talk slower😍
I started walking 1 hour every morning along with IF. I also get up and do 25 low impact jumping jacks every hour. I’m trying to get rid of the 25 lbs I gained during lockdown. Before I lost 50 lbs with keto, IF and 1 hour walk daily.
This is the longest advert I've ever seen.

Love your informative videos but I find the constant frantic hand gesturing so distracting and unnerving
none of the physicians i go to have ever…never explained to me how to lose weight. nothing about lypolisis or insulin ever. its always "watch what you eat, exercise and use a salt substitute." following your info has allowed me to reduce my a1c by 3 points. i have greater glycemic control. i have lost about 20 pounds in the past 6 months. i have watched numerous channels. all contradicting each other. yours is science based and not selling a fuqin diet. i am cerebral and need things explained or told how or why. you do so with with eloquence. these doctors either assume people don't understand or they just don't have the time to care. thanx autumn for your research and exemplary presentation skills!
Heeeey! I looove you and your videos! Super inspiring!
Do we have to walk fast?
I personally don't like any high intensity exercises prefer walking love being outside walking but have been told by many doctors and fitness trainers walking alone wouldn't be enough to loose the weight, I needed to so it's good to hear a professional say walking is a good form of exercise and it's not necessary to hit 10,000 steps to achieve weight loss another myth, I kept seeing and hearing.
Ive been walking 10k steps, even more almost everyday, now im trying to walk 2 hrs a day and doing 20:4 fasting, but unfortunately the scale jut wont go down, any advise to break my plateau? thanks…
??? Hi Autumn, would you consider light dance cardio as a suitable “wet weather plan” / substitute for walking? Or would it be too intense such that our bodies would be working out outside the fat burning zone???
❤I love the way you break it down, nice and simple. Thank you.
Thank you
How many of your steps were into dog poop? Step, scrape, step, scrape…
Nice job Autumn,at 62 i have lost 95 pounds in 10 months with a 2k a day diet and water black coffe or tea, and walking every day from 5k steps in the first 4 monts and for 6 months in later months have bumped up to 9k steps. with an occasional 40 hour fast,
Keep it simple. Walk every day and don't eat like a pig
I’ve been intermittent fasting for. A year no change 😢 not sure what I’m doing wrong 16:8
2:09 You got it wrong. It helps the body become LESS insuline sensitive, not more.
Could you add captions to your videos? Some of us need them. Thank you.
your so cute I want to marry you
Walking is great, but you need lots of time for it to have an impact on fat loss.
I started walking after a major surgery 2 years ago. I got up to about 6 miles everyday (wasn’t working whilst in recovery) I was back to good health within about 6 weeks. 2 years later I’m now the fittest I’ve ever been and now training for a marathon.
I lost 8lbs in 6 weeks.
My 12,500 steps were fast paced, and I changed my diet to fruit, and eat more veg and no sugar (no convienience foods or take aways)
Steps alone aren’t the answer
I personally have a bone disease (osteonecrosis) and respiratory damage from two decades of smoking, along with cerebral palsy affecting my whole right side, so my mobility is emotionally taxing and fraught stress in general but with an inhaler and patience for myself and my limits. I'm hoping to get my health back after decades not caring about it, so thank you for reinforcing the steps don't count as much as the time spent.
talking about myths then spend 1 minute trying to sell snake ole to the viewers
