Some get surgery done to achieve this. Kardashians did reverse BBLs etc. Not saying she didn't work out but they also get liposuction , they could have all kinds of stuff done . Usually when a persons butt becomes so huge then so small in a small period of time it's surgery. Jessica Simpson actually struggled for so long and seems more of a natural loss.

I love my body and I definitely worked for years to get it. No, not losing weight but gaining it! I was always naturally thin and after a couple of medical issues two years ago, I was way below what I was supposed to be so I worked hard and now I look good and I'm staying this way. P.s. I've been an athletic person and my weight gain definitely helps out more.
I said this because I think that everyone should have the body that works for them while still enjoying thier favorite hobbies! Oh, and a cheat day doesn't hurt you just as long as you know your limit.
