  1. Day 1: love thisd, might faint/j. just finished it, officially love this HIIT, my new favorite and will do daily. only downside is two sweat drops got into both my eye and was irritating at first but now they feel refreshing mmm just rejuvenating my eyeballs!!

    Day 2/3: I didnt do it yesterday cus yesterdya i did a 45 minute run and 2 hour strength training and some other exercises, so i'll do HIIT every other day and the strength training every other day. Anyways, I did it today and it was less difficult, definitely love this. Only one sweatdrop tried to get in my eye but i wiped it away har har har + a little accomplishment, i didnt stop during the moutain climbers ( hate those with a passion) so i take that as a win!!
    Will update the day after tomorrow or tomorrow if i decide to do it (me when i turn my 3 hour workout session into 4 hours and complain about not having enough time)
    Day 4: I decided to use this even after I used it yesterday, I'm addicted to working out lol
    edit: done! still hate the downward dog crunches, but im doing really good on the mountain climbers so its a win
    Day 5: did a bit better on the downward dog crunches! and the moutain climbers (stil lhaTE them both but a bit less)

    just for myself ig: I'm not doing this to lose weight or burn fat, just to improve my endurance/cardiovascular endurance/muscular endurance but i guess this does all of those, so this is great! I'm kind of addicted to it lol
    Day 7: i finmallu cidod the dumb dog crunches, i did way better this time than any other time so yay i guess

  2. Honestly, this workout was not tough. I did not take any breaks in between. The part that was supposed to be 15s rest in between exercises, I skipped them by doing some high knees instead. I still had a lot of fuel left. But yes, this is indeed a great workout for the 15 minute duration.

  3. I have been doing this on and off for two months. I also stopped eating sugar. I’ve lost 5 kg. I sometimes will pause after each exercise and I don’t try to completely keep up with him because – well – I can’t. But I think it’s working.

  4. 6/03/24 okay im gonna start today..I really hope I continue so here is the record.
    start weight : 85kg
    diet : no sugar, calorie deficit
    DAY 1 : done – really exhausted (also cycled for 30 minutes)
    DAY 2 : took a break, cycled for 30 mins
    DAY 3 : done
