    Morning start with : green tea/ water
    Breakfast: option 1: brown bread with peanut butter and 1 apple
    Option 2: 1cup of plain oats + less salt + water ( cook well) handful of peanuts and 1 apple

    Lunch : 1 cup brown/ white rice + mixed vegetables + protein ( chicken breast or egg whites or choya chunks )

    Evening snacks : fruits salad + green tea / black tea / black coffee

    Dinner : same as lunch, if u dont want to eat rice in night , u can replace rice with 2 chapathi
