  5. Is there a video on using sweet potato instead of bread for avocado toast? I really want to get rid of bread in my breakfast but somehow I’m addicted to bread. I use it for peanut butter toast or avocado.

  6. That's an interesting comment about how we are marketed to eat at breakfast. My friends in Mexico had fish for breakfast one day when I was there. I thought, how odd. Then realized how smart!
