  1. I am an ex-athlete with more than 8 years without activity, gained a lot of weight (almost doubled myself since i stopped running) and adopted a very unhealthy style that now i get so tired while taking an alert 20 mins-walk.
I have been detoxifying my body for a full week and walked 30 mins almost daily the past 7 days and i wanna start exercising.

I weigh 113 kg (on 17th Jan) and i plan on commenting on this video until my next weight check which will be on 17th Feb. I will keep you posted and I will most probably jump to other exercises when I will feel better.

Here I am on DAY 1. Starting right now ✅️

  2. I want to do this so bad, but I'm far too embarrassed… since I don't have my own room, privacy is an issue . ( once my mom saw me and laughed at me and when on telling my family I wanted to die from the embarrassment…idk what to do)

  3. The purpose of this is not to lose weight but to train your body to bend and move more so that when you get on to the exercised that burn real calories, it will be easier to do them.

  4. As a beginner. From doing zero to this at my size(6'0 380lbs) is not possible. My body does not physically move fast enough in most of this to complete it, lateral arm circles Im at 8 and skinny bint here is at 25.

  5. To everyone in the comments including myself we are in this together, everything is gonna be alright take a minute and tell yourself I can do this even if I have nobody and it’s just me I got this I can do this, me..I can do this, the key to it all is not giving up and staying focused have a positive headspace DO NOT DOUBT YOURSELF, and don’t shame yourself if you can’t do something (like a plank) For me that’s hard😂 but we all start somewhere and results take time and think was it worth it in the long run? Your answer should be HELL YEAH! Keep it goin if these here are to hard I recommend something like a easy dance workout video something to keep you interested and motivated what I personally am gonna do is start 15 minutes for 1 month or 2 work my way up to 40 minute videos stay active throughout the day even if it’s walking around your house goin outside and doin yard work or even walkin in place at work just anything and diet plays a big roll too I’m no dietitian but I would say we need the good fats like cream cheese and protein like turkey chicken steak or if your vegan like a cashews or tofu, and drink plenty of water I recommend make at least 7-8 cups a day your goal and try to stick to a low carb diet me I go for 50 carbs a day and eat plenty fruit veggies and don’t use protein powder as a way to get your protein eat meet or again if your vegan eat your nuts and your tofu and ect. (cashew most recommended) and just try to stay away from sugar if it’s hard which I understand try to go for a protein bar or what not and portion your food and eat slower (water with every meal) So yeah I tried my very best to give y’all’s some advice just some things that helped me out personally. ❤

  6. I have trouble with lateral arm circles movement just because I can't really focus on both stepping and making circles with arms. Would it be better to just do the steps without the arms or just try to somehow focus on both?

  7. I got miscarriage last month that's why I start to do this exercise. My weight was 89kg, after taking this exercise plus egg and banana diet, I lost 4kg. After 12 days, my weight was still 85kg that's why I take intermittent fasting. Today was my 15days of this work out and 3 days of intermittent fasting but still, 85kg. I don't know what's wrong? 😅 But I won't stop. I trust the process ✨🤞🏻
