  2. Если очень полный человек больше 100кг,как так ноги поднимать? Не получится при всем желании,и количество повторов в упражнениях не сможет сделать иначе на следующий день не сможет ходить

  3. We love the video's but don't like part describing the excercise. It's not needed since we see how to do the excercises. The talking takes away from the music that should be playing during that time. Keep doing a great job my wife and l love it.

  4. Easy to follow pero sobrang nakaka burn sya kasi pagpapawisan ka talaga. Maganda talaga gawin to like 2-3 sets per day. Pero kung may sched ka nito like kunwari M W F S mo sya gagawin, dun mo dadamihan kasi may focus area ka ng body pero kung araw araw ok na yung 1-2 set. Tas wag din kumain ng heavy meal kasi walang saysay workout mo.😅
