Its my 4th day doing the workout ina row and I will say at first the first half of the exersize was easier with legs and now i find the laying down exerizes easier.
Guys as cardio Is Better this video or the one that its "do this routine evryday morning to get shred"?

How many times a day should I do? I feel that this workout with be great to go alongside my running.
So like its been literally 2 days and just from the burpees and other exercises where you have to hold yourself, my veins are exploding and getting more visible
