  1. Table salt should be avoided at all times. Unrefined salt is food that gives trace minerals. Natural foods have natural sodium, so one is not avoiding sodium but is getting a unprocessed form of it. Processed foods are poisionous. Drugs are poisons and cause more concerns and money loss. USDA meats are treated with chemicals. Doctors don't heal or cure ailments or help with their limited education. It's best to eat foods that are water-rich like seeded watermelon, cuvumbers, pomegranates, and honey dew to avoid having to drink too much tap water. Avoid margarine and other nonsense passed as "foods" because of their ingredients and the oxidation of them. Add fresh lemon juice or another citrus to make the water more effective for the body. If seeking a doctor, a N.D. or a D.O. is better than a M.D.

  2. My kidney Dr told me to not take ibuprophen, naproxen sodijm, or diflocaine, but that I could use acetomenephin and aspirin in moderation….. you just mentioned not taking acetomenephin. I think I am goingbto listen to my doctor, thanks
